IBPS Clerk - Discontinuation of Interview for Clerk and Sub-Staff Post in Public Sector Banks (PSBs).
Dear All Aspirants,
We want to inform you that IBPS Clerk V may not have a Interview round. In a recent meeting of committee of secretaries chaired by Cabinet Secretary and Public Sector Banks have been recommended to discontinue interview clerical and junior level posts in recruitment process.

A letter from ministry of Finance dated 22-December-2015 addressed to all the Chief Executive of PSBs. Here is a copy of the letter:
The deadline for the No interview for Clerk and Sub-Staff Post is : 31/12/2015
The IBPS has not published any information regarding this. So we may have to wait for the updates from IBPS or wait till the IBPS Clerk mains exam result. We will shortly confirm whether there will be interviews or not for clerical process.
IBPS may introduce Psychometric Test for Clerk and Junior level Post :
Govt. suggested PSBs for the alternative of Interview like Psychometric Test.

:- Psychometric Test are a method of testing a candidate's potential using Psychological methods. The question will be asked based on real life situation with the 3-4 option and Psychometric Test includes Figure test, Number test, Table test, Digit search test, Similarity etc.
